Refund policy

1. Return Period (Right of Withdrawal)

You have a legal period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from your purchase. This period begins on the day you (or an authorized third party) receive the package at the provided delivery address. You do not need to provide any justification to exercise this right.

2. Product Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the item must meet the following requirements:

  • It must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • It must retain its original packaging, labels, and all its accessories in perfect condition.

3. Important Exceptions (Cosmetics & Hygiene)

For health protection and hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article 103.e of the Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, returns of cosmetics, creams, makeup, or personal care items that have been unsealed, opened, or used after delivery will NOT be accepted. If you purchase a cosmetic product and wish to return it, it must remain completely sealed in its original plastic wrap or intact seal.

4. Return Shipping Costs

As stated in our terms of sale, the customer is fully responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item to the address provided by our support team. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery (COD).

5. How to Request a Return

To initiate the process, please do not use automated systems. Follow these simple steps:

  1. Send an email to our customer service team at invenialab@gmail.com.

  2. Include in the subject line: Return - Order Number #XXXX.

  3. Our team will reply within 24–48 hours with detailed instructions and the exact address where you should send the package.

6. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and our team verifies that it meets all the specified conditions (and that, in the case of cosmetics, they have not been opened), we will proceed to issue a full refund for the product.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase (credit/debit card) within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we confirm receipt of the return.
