1. Order Management and Preparation

Processing time: Once your purchase payment is confirmed, the order is processed and prepared in our partner warehouses within 1 to 3 business days.

As soon as the package is dispatched and handed over to the transport company, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking code.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
To offer you the most competitive prices and the latest trends in beauty and pet products, we work with a direct distribution model from authorized international warehouses.

Spain (Mainland and Balearic Islands): The general estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days from the moment the package leaves the warehouse.

European Union and North America (USA and Canada): The estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days.

International Shipping (Latin America and remaining active zones): Due to transit logistics and local customs procedures in destinations such as Panama or Costa Rica, shipments to these regions may take slightly longer, with an estimated timeframe of 15 to 22 business days.

Note: During peak demand periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, or special sales) or due to customs procedures beyond our control, shipments across any region may experience minor, occasional delays of up to 5 additional days.
3. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping: To improve your shopping experience, we offer completely free shipping on all orders placed on our website destined for mainland Spain and standard international locations, with no minimum order required.
4. Order Tracking
All our shipments include a real-time tracking code. You can track your package at any time using the link you will receive in your email or by entering your code into the global courier tracking platforms we provide. (Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking code to show the first updates in the carrier's system).
5. Delivery Address and Customer Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that shipping details are entered correctly, completely, and accurately at checkout.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries or returned packages due to incorrect/incomplete addresses or the recipient's prolonged absence from the delivery address.

If a package is returned to the original warehouse due to reasons attributable to the buyer (wrong address or failure to collect the package from the post office within the stipulated timeframe), the customer must cover the shipping costs for a new delivery if they still wish to receive the product.
6. Orders with Multiple Items
To speed up shipping times, if you purchase multiple different items, they might be processed in different logistics centers. In this case, you will receive your products in separate packages with independent tracking codes, at no extra cost to you.
